【Properties】
White crystalline, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol; its water solution is slightly alkaline, relative density at 1.52, melting point at 35℃。
【Application 】
In industry, it is used as water softening agent for boiler, metal chelating agent and suspension agent, for the preparation of other phosphate compounds, flame retardants, fire retardant coatings, etc. In food industry, as a food additive, has the functions of regulating acid-base balance of food, improving food stability, seasoning, etc.
【Packing and storage】
In 25KG, 50KG, 1000KG net bags, store at a cool, dry and well ventilated place.
